First: Available Timeframe

  • For Returns: You can request a product return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • For Exchanges: You can request a product exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Second: Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To successfully complete a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
  1. The product must be in its original condition and factory packaging, and it must be unused.
  2. All accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that came with the product (if any) must be included.
  3. The original invoice or the purchase order number must be provided.
  4. For electrical appliances, the product must not have been installed or connected to electricity if the return is for a reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Third: Refund Mechanism

  • Once we receive the product, inspect it, and verify that it complies with the return conditions, the refund process will begin.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
